About the Role
We are seeking a Credit Analyst Management Trainee to join our Funding Department. The role involves analyzing financials of prospective partners, lenders, and investment opportunities to support internal funding activities and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct credit analysis for funding opportunities by reviewing financial statements, projections, and business models.
- Prepare detailed credit appraisal reports to support funding decisions.
- Assist in structuring and evaluating funding proposals.
- Perform due diligence on funding opportunities and validate financial data.
- Monitor funded portfolios, including repayment schedules, compliance checks, and early warning signals.
- Maintain MIS reports and documentation for all funding transactions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
- Keep updated with funding regulations, credit policies, and financial trends.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance (mandatory).
- CA Inter or CMA Inter candidates preferred.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, funding structures, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Contractual Terms
- The candidate must sign a 2-year service agreement.
- If the candidate resigns before completion of the agreement, they will be liable to pay 4 months gross salary to the company as compensation.
