At Thrillark, we're building the future of how travellers discover and book unforgettable experiences around the world.
We're looking for someone who loves social media, understands the creator economy, and enjoys building relationships. Your mission will be to grow Thrillark's creator ecosystem by partnering with creators, influencers, affiliates, and communities to generate authentic content that inspires travellers and drives bookings.
What you'll do
- Discover and onboard creators, micro-influencers, and travel storytellers.
- Build long-term relationships with creators across our destinations.
- Plan and execute creator campaigns and collaborations.
- Coordinate complimentary experiences and campaign logistics.
- Manage content deliverables, approvals, and usage rights.
- Grow our affiliate and referral partner network.
- Track campaign performance and identify ways to improve results.
- Work closely with our design, product, and growth teams to repurpose creator content across social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, community management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people every day.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and the creator ecosystem.
- Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for travel, startups, and building communities.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience working with influencers or creator campaigns.
- Experience managing affiliate or partnership programs.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
- A network of creators or travel influencers.
