The Studio Production Manager oversees, supports, and manages the delivery of design projects. They should have expertise across digital, print, and video mediums, with a focus on coordinating and streamlining production processes bringing energy, discipline, and best practice production management to the Design Studio to ensure optimal output and efficiency.


  • Design production planning
    • Working with the Director Creative Services, Executive Creative Director, Creative Business Partners and internal business stakeholders, to plan a pipeline of work that optimizes Design Studio capacity.
    • Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of the studio production process across digital, print, and video content.
    • Liaise between creative, freelancers, external agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
    • Schedule and plan production timelines, managing workflows for the various teams involved in production processes.
  • Resource planning
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to effectively meet production goals.
  • Design production
    • Ensure receipt of client briefs; assess, interrogate, and clarify briefs and assign the appropriate designers to a project.
    • Implement and maintain project management tools to track project status, identify potential delays, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Review and approve production deliverables, ensuring adherence to the company's brand standards and guidelines.
  • Talent management and development
    • Meeting with team members for feedback, oversee the troubleshooting of production issues, implement corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous process improvements and personnel development.
    • Foster a culture of creativity and learning.
  • Design knowledge and learning
    • Curating image libraries and video, artwork and branding assets. Ensuring files are stored and named according to protocols.
    • Maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.
    • Understand performance of our creative assets in the market in order to improve creative output.

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Graphic Designer/ Designer/ Industrial Designer
  • The ability to innovate and think critically in a high paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Plans and conducts and may supervise work of self and others.
  • Has ability to lead project teams.
  • May participate in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong creative thinking. Strong ability to inform and persuade on complex matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues:
    • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Strong technical knowledge of digital media, video, and print production processes and equipment.
    • Proficiency in using project management software.
