Brief of the role -

As the Creative lead, you will be pivotal in shaping the positioning of our main brand and various campaigns. The role demands a balanced merge of copy and content coming together elevating the brand with relevant support system. The role can also be a custodian of anything words that goes to the public.

Your responsibilities will include creating strategies for launches, and seasonal promotions, and developing engaging narratives for our flagship Dairy and Non-Dairy categories. Additionally, you'll craft manifestos for our Intellectual Properties (IPs). Your deliverables will encompass omni-channel platforms, including the App, local apps, retail outlets, and multimedia channels such as digital, below-the-line (BTL), and above-the-line (ATL) advertising.

Roles And Responsibilities -

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of campaigns, producing engaging and relevant content across various formats to drive brand awareness and engagement for the main brand, contributing to its positioning.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, sales and general leadership on initiatives leading to brand awareness, equity and revenue growth.
  • Understand the brand and its verticals from a Brand point of view and position it in the market through great topical content - researched and creative.
  • Develop effective, original, and targeted marketing copy and content for the promotion and positioning of the TG.
  • Develop the brand content, overall content tonality which will be experienced on multiple channels like retail, hyper-local apps, brand apps, websites, events, and more touchpoints and Write product statements for packaging
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content and also get into user studies to understand the target audience deeply to design effective content.
  • Awareness and ability to work within frameworks of Marketing and Branding
  • Develop a vibrant community from the existing and potential users resonating with the problems solved by the brand.
  • Develop a Design system for accurate tones, styles, and consistency in writing content.
  • Develop monthly reports on, create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms and prepare compelling customer journeys, analysing its results and course correcting when needed
  • Crafting app-based content for old and new products

Qualifications -

  • We're looking for Creative Marketing Experts who can help us communicate with the next billion people of India, Your writing skills should help translate the information into an easily consumable form for our customers. As a content writer , you should be aware of the user-centered write-up and be able to continuously refine the communication language that best works for our users.
  • Authenticity of data regarding food and food habits is essential, hence, having a researched mind-set is necessary for this role.
  • Basic knowledge of keyword research and SEO compatible content
  • Proven track record of at least years in a creative lead role focused on copywriting and content creation, preferably within the organic food or sustainable consumer goods industry.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has:

  • Experience in creating content & creatives copies for some leading brands in India
  • Ability to write concise, attention grabbing and hard-hitting content
  • Creative bend of mind with the ability to think visually
  • Ability to research and design communication systems for an audience
  • Exposure to writing print promotional materials, online content, press releases, copy to assist advertising and marketing efforts, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, deliver within short time frames and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to give attention to details, acknowledge feedback and manifest it constructively.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess good people and project management skill
  • Expert at writing skills, editing, and proofreading abilities

Mandatory Traits ( Non -negotiables ) -

1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication

2. Any other professional or academic credentials with proven hands-on in content creation or community-building efforts.

3. Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

4. Feels strongly about sustainability and is trying to make conscious choices.
