Responsibilities
Shape & Elevate Brand Identity
- Serve as the primary custodian of the Bodycraft visual brand identity across all touchpointsfrom social media to in-store environments
- Evolve our visual language to reflect our transformation into an integrated beauty and wellness destination
- Create a cohesive design system that works across the clinic and salon, to build long-term brand equity and recall.
- Develop stunning, distinctive visual assets that differentiate us in the market
Lead Creative Development
- Conceptualise and design seasonal campaigns that communicate our unique positioning
- Create compelling visual stories that showcase the interconnected nature of beauty and wellness
- Design in-store graphics and experiential elements for our physical spaces
- Oversee photography and videography direction to ensure consistent visual storytelling
- Have an opinion on our brand strategy
- Craft print, digital, and environmental design solutions that elevate the member experience
- Own new store visual merchandising, and play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent branding across all new stores
Build & Mentor Creative Talent
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and videographers
- Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to help team members grow
- Foster a culture of creative excellence and continuous innovation
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
Deliver Exceptional Execution
- Translate strategic objectives into beautiful, effective visual solutions
- Balance creative excellence with practical implementation requirements
- Maintain quality control across all designed materials and experiences
- Know when to adhere to brand guidelines and when strategic deviation serves the brandbreak the rules when required.
Requirement:
- Possess exceptional aesthetic sensibility and an eye for sophisticated, premium design
- Understand how to create visuals that evoke emotion and build deeper brand connections
- Have a stellar portfolio demonstrating your ability to develop distinctive visual identities
- Stay current with design trends while maintaining a timeless approach
- Have experience designing for premium lifestyle, wellness, or beauty brands (ideal, but not compulsory)
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with photography direction and video production
- Strong typography skills and understanding of print and digital production
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand identity, campaign design, and environmental graphics
Experience
- Have 6+ years of experience in graphic design with at least 2 years in a leadership role
