Every hoarding, brochure and landing page a plot buyer sees is a promise about the land behind it. We are looking for a Creative Head to own how Oraiyan Groups looks and sounds across all of it.

ABOUT ORAIYAN GROUPS

Oraiyan Groups is a Bengaluru-based real estate group founded in 2020, operating through five companies covering marketing and sales of residential plotted developments, layout development and infrastructure, sales operations and the channel partner network, technology, and construction and engineering execution. We have completed 45+ plotted development projects since 2020, served 1500+ families, and have 25 projects currently under development across Hoskote, Jigani, Anekal, Kanakapura Road, Bidadi, Kolar, Malur, Yelahanka, Whitefield, Kengeri and Electronic City. Our projects carry BMRDA, DTCP, BMICAPA, BBMP and RERA approvals, with E-Khata and clear titles. Recognised at the Karnataka Business Awards 2026 as Leading Brand in Affordable & Premium Villa Plots. Head office: Jayanagar, Bengaluru. We run on systems and process rather than personality, with structured departments, a weekly Monday leadership review and a custom in-house ERP.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

One recognisable brand identity across every project launch, covering site branding, hoardings, brochures, layout plates, digital creatives and video.

Launch-ready collateral for each new project, delivered on the timeline the land and sales teams commit to.

A design function that produces to brief without rework: brand guidelines, templates, an asset library and a clear approval flow.

Campaign creative that is judged on lead quality, built with the digital marketing team rather than handed over to it.

Sales enablement material the field team actually uses: pitch decks, price sheets, walkthrough videos and WhatsApp creatives in English and Kannada.

A small in-house team plus external agencies, photographers and printers, managed to cost and deadline.

Project storytelling grounded in fact. Approvals, connectivity and infrastructure only. No claim goes out that we cannot show on paper.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

6+ years in design, brand or creative roles, including at least 2 years leading designers or an agency team.

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro or equivalent.

A portfolio that shows brand systems and campaigns, not one-off posters.

Experience producing print at scale, including hoardings, brochures and site signage, and working with printers on specs and proofs.

Ability to write and direct copy, or to brief a copywriter precisely.

Comfortable working to launch deadlines alongside sales and land teams. Based on-site in Jayanagar, with site visits across Bengaluru's peripheral corridors.

English required. Kannada preferred.

GOOD TO HAVE

Real estate, plotted development or infrastructure category experience.

Video and reel production, including shoot direction and editing.

Working knowledge of performance marketing creative formats across Meta, Google and YouTube.
