As a Creative Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction and execution of various projects within the organization. Your role will involve managing a team of creative professionals and collaborating with different departments to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful creative solutions.

Responsibilities
Creative Direction:Provide visionary leadership and set the creative direction for all projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Develop and communicate creative concepts and strategies that align with the organization's goals and brand identity.
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Inspire creativity, foster a collaborative work environment, and ensure the team's professional growth and development.
Fashion Events & Shows: Conceptualising and execution of Fashion Shows and Events which would include Fashion Styling, Direction, Designing
Market Trends and Research:Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies. Conduct research to gather insights that inform creative decisions and enhance the organization's competitive edge.
Creative Works:Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media. This may include designing logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
Concept Development:Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for projects and campaigns.
Design Software Proficiency:Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
Branding and Visual Identity:Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to the organization's brand guidelines across all materials.
Layout and Composition:Develop and execute layout designs that are aesthetically pleasing, engaging, and communicate the intended message effectively.
Timely Delivery:Meet project deadlines and deliver design assets on time, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination with other team members.
Qualifications
Bachelors / Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communications, Fashion Design, Advertising, Commercial Arts or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro ), and familiarity with copywriting and art direction.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire creative professionals.
Exceptional creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate creative ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
