Job Purpose:
As the CPL Campaign Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) campaigns across various digital platforms. Your primary objective will be to drive high-quality leads, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting the business's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop CPL campaign strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring lead generation targets are met.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of CPL campaigns.
- Identify the best channels (e.g., paid social, Google Ads, display ads, email, etc.) for CPL campaigns.
- Campaign Execution:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of CPL campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Oversee the creative development of campaign assets (ads, landing pages, email templates, etc.).
- Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to ensure that campaign creatives are optimized for lead generation.
- Lead Qualification:
- Ensure that generated leads are qualified using predefined criteria to meet the sales team's standards.
- Monitor lead quality to avoid generating unqualified or low-quality leads.
- Optimization and A/B Testing:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements to improve CPL and lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements (e.g., headlines, calls to action, images) to optimize conversions.
- Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources across different channels to ensure optimal spend and CPL performance.
- Track campaign costs and adjust bids to meet the desired CPL targets.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance (CPL, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Use data to propose improvements and adjust strategy where necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with other marketing teams (e.g., content, SEO, social media, analytics) to integrate CPL campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead handoff processes are efficient and leads are being nurtured correctly.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all CPL campaigns comply with industry standards, data protection regulations, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to maintain campaign effectiveness and competitiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CPL, lead generation, or paid advertising campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing CPL campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to interpret KPIs and optimize based on performance data.
- Communication Skills:
