Job Description
- Oversee and manage the India office and operations
- Report regularly to Asia and U.S. leadership on sales, operations, and financial metrics
- Reporting to and cooperating with the Asia office on policy and strategic issues.
- Working to develop and build relationships with local suppliers and to improve supplier efficiency.
- Handling and managing customer service issues.
- Monitoring and reporting to the global office on inventory levels, cash flow, customer satisfaction and complaints.
- Developing and building relationships with local customers, monitoring orders and working to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff in coordination with global leadership
The Successful Applicant
- 12-20 years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in a multinational or cross-border environment
- Proven ability to manage teams, suppliers, and customer relationships with strategic finesse
- Strong reporting skills and comfort working with international stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
- A proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-cultural settings
