**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counselor to join our dynamic sales team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home. The Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing personalized guidance and recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Outbound calling:** Place outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists or databases.

2. **Build rapport:** Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, establish rapport, and build trust.

3. **Understand customer needs:** Conduct needs assessments to understand the customer's goals, preferences, and challenges.

4. **Provide product/service information:** Educate customers about our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

5. **Offer personalized solutions:** Listen to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.

6. **Handle objections:** Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing information or reassurance as needed.

7. **Close sales:** Close sales by effectively communicating the value proposition and guiding customers through the purchasing process.

8. **Meet sales targets:** Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

9. **Maintain accurate records:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on conversations, inquiries, and sales.

**Requirements:**

1. **Previous sales experience:** Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

2. **Excellent communication skills:** Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

3. **Customer-focused:** A passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.

4. **Positive attitude:** Enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

5. **Resilience:** Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with persistence and professionalism.

6. **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to working remotely and manage time effectively.
