Role Description

We are seeking a Cost Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for the Manufacturing businesses.

The role involves analyzing product costing data, cost analysis, product costing configuration, managing cost data for raw material increase and other manufacturing costs constituents, calculation of product profitability analysis, to identify cost-saving opportunities, preparing detailed cost reports, and implementing effective cost control and management strategies.

The Cost Analyst will collaborate with business development team, supply chain functions, production engineering team, finance and other operational teams to optimize expenditures, develop budgets, monitor financial performance against budgets, and provide insightful recommendations to ensure high control on product costing matrix.

• Cost calculation methods
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management practices
• Detailed knowledge and experience in Cost Accounting principles and methodologies
• Background in Finance with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and budgeting
• Proficient with financial software and tools; strong Excel skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; certifications like CIMA, CMA, or CPA are a plus
