Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

*Position:* CSR Manager & HR

*Location:* Delhi (Work from Home + Event Visits)

*Key Responsibilities:*

* CSR Funding & Marketing (Primary Role):*

* Identify and approach corporate partners for CSR funding.

* Conduct marketing activities (events, LinkedIn, outreach) to generate leads.

* Meet clients, present proposals, and achieve funding targets.

* CSR Project Management:*

* Plan and execute CSR activities and campaigns.

* Coordinate with partners and prepare reports with photos/videos.

* HR Operations:*

* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

* Maintain HR records and support training initiatives.

*Requirements:*

* *Experience in CSR fundraising & HR operations* (mandatory)

* Based in *Delhi* (mandatory)

* Graduate (MBA preferred but not required)

* Excellent communication & presentation skills

* Willingness to travel for client meetings & events
