Corporate Security Instructor School of Private, Industrial & Corporate Security Management (SPICSM)

The Rashtriya Raksha University, An Institution of National Importance established by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India through an Act of Parliament, is a premier institution dedicated to advancing education and research in the fields of national security and policing. The University invites applications in the prescribed format from dedicated and committed citizens of India to fill up the following vacancies on a purely contractual basis for the School of Private, Industrial and Corporate Security Management (SPICSM).

Essential:

·        Graduation, minimum 3+ year of experience in corporate, private and industrial security, must have worked in realm of corporate and industry security (preferable with leading MNC's)

Professional Qualification / Knowledge

·        Good knowledge of Corporate and Private Security Industry including risk analysis, crime prevention, industrial security threats, physical security, personnel security, security audits.

·        Security related certification is preferred.

·        Capacity of providing Academic and Training inputs for University's activities with Corporate and Private Security Industries.

·        Techno savvy with strong hand in training content creation.

·        Sound experience of office Administration and managing teams.

·        Ability to meet the timelines.

·        Proficiency in the use of security technology and tools relevant to the industry, such as surveillance systems, access control systems, and cybersecurity tools.

·        Sound knowledge of security automation preferably have experience in handling security automation project.

·        Effective Communication Skills in verbal and written formats.

·        Understanding industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

·        Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and professional standards in the security industry.

·        Ability to work in a flexible schedule (24x7)

·        Fluency in English and Hindi Language.

Work Experience

Candidate must have at least 3 years of practical experience in Corporate & Industrial Security in leading corporate/Govt. Institute/MNCs

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct engaging and informative training sessions by utilizing a variety of instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

·        Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements related to industrial and corporate security.

·        Monitor and analyse emerging security threats and trends. Integrate relevant information into training programs to address current and future security challenges.

·        Work closely with internal departments, security teams, and external experts to gather insights and enhance the effectiveness of security training programs.

·        Generate comprehensive reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement. Regularly review and enhance training programs based on feedback, industry developments, and lessons learned from security incidents Experience in Training/ Teaching/Instruction of the Students/ Cadets/ Trainees in the Academic/Security Training Establishments.
