Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu (Chennai). The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and fostering new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include lead generation, building strong customer relationships, ensuring efficient sales operations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires effective collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies with client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
