We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive Corporate Partnerships growth at Cityflo.

Role overview

You will play a pivotal role in scaling Cityflo's corporate partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract new corporate clients and deepen existing relationships. Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients (500+ employee organisations).
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, warm calling, social media, email campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads across target segments.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Leverage social media marketing, email outreach, and participation in events to generate high-quality leads.

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Manage, track, and report all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and conversions.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Understanding clients needs deeply to propose tailored Cityflo mobility solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the transportation or mobility industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
