Job Description

  • Client Engagement & Reporting:
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with clients to share and discuss healthcare utilization reports, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present actionable insights to enhance employee engagement with healthcare programs and preventive services.
  • Renewals & Retention:
  • Manage client renewals by coordinating with internal teams and insurers, analyzing plan performance, and proposing optimal solutions.
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of the renewal process, including benefit design adjustments, premium negotiations, and documentation.
  • Cross-Sell & Upsell:
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across wellness, mental health, disease management, and other value-added services.
  • Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to align client needs with suitable offerings.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations related to claim issues, service delivery, or platform concerns.
  • Liaise with insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Drive AHC (Annual Health Check) Utilization:
  • Create and execute engagement plans to increase employee participation in Annual Health Check programs.
  • Monitor utilization metrics and work with client HR teams to promote health and wellness awareness.
