We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a pure sales background with expertise in corporate tie-ups, (RWA) sales, and developing new referral channels. The role requires a strong ability to build relationships, close deals, and drive revenue growth from diverse business sources.
- Drive corporate sales through strategic tie-ups with companies, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify and onboard new business partners, including (RWAs), health professionals, and referral sources.
- Develop new referral channels to create a strong sales pipeline for sustainable business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential new health angels (influencers, medical professionals, wellness coaches, etc.) to drive additional revenue streams.
- Explore and expand into new business avenues for revenue generation and sales growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
- 2-6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or healthcare sales.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individual.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or related industries is a plus
