Position: B2B Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with B2B clientsretailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and traders.
- Drive sales of certified and non-certified diamonds; consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to close profitable deals.
- Strong follow up and data keeping.
- Stay updated on diamond grading (4Cs), market trends, and competitive insights.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to expand outreach.
- Share product lists, quotations, and ensure smooth after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales records, track leads, and report key insights to management.
Required Skills
- Communication and story telling skills
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry, and 4Cs grading
- 1-2 years experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset
- Market awareness and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good understanding of latest industry technology and tools
