Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects through outbound calls to introduce and pitch products/services.
  • Explain offerings clearly and handle objections to drive conversions.
  • Qualify leads based on interest and requirements, and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain CRM with accurate lead information, call logs, and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with internal and field sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and timely follow-ups.
