Role Description The Corporate Admin Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office administration and corporate governance activities within Aimlay's recruitment-focused operations. This role manages administrative processes, coordinates office resources and facilities, and ensures smooth communication between departments and leadership. The Corporate Admin Manager maintains documentation and compliance records, supports policy implementation, and streamlines workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves supervising administrative staff, organizing internal training on administrative procedures, and supporting management with data, reports, and analysis to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities- Minimum 10 years of experience in Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
  • Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, and service quality.
  • Monitor office supplies, stationery, and inventory; ensure timely procurement.
  • Supervise administrative staff, reception, housekeeping, and support personnel.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and event logistics.
  • Maintain company assets and ensure proper asset tracking and maintenance.
  • Prepare and manage the administration budget while controlling operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations related to facilities.
  • Handle office lease agreements, utility services, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
  • Coordinate office renovations, relocations, and infrastructure improvements when required.
  • Maintain records of vendor agreements, invoices, and administrative documentation.
