Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting Month-End Close:

  • Support the month-end closure activities related to copack operations.
  • Prepare monthly Copack MIS reports for financial reviews and business insights.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal business and financial reviews.

Financial Evaluation and Strategy:

  • Assist in long-term financial planning for new copacking initiatives, including cost projections, ROI, and feasibility studies.
  • Support procurement in cost negotiations with copackers to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing cost benchmarking reports and proposals for new or renewing copackers for senior management approval.

Copacker Financials Management:

  • Prepare monthly financials for each copacker, including variance analysis.
  • Provide support in identifying corrective actions during monthly financial reviews.
  • Support in the review and optimization of copacker financial performance.

Monthly Forecasting:

  • Assist in monthly forecasting of copacker results.
  • Ensure adherence to forecasts by implementing strong review mechanisms.

Productivity Tracking:

  • Support initiatives focused on improving productivity across copacker operations.
  • Prepare and maintain productivity MIS to track actual performance vs AOP (Annual Operating Plan).

OCF & CCC (Operating Cash Flow & Cash Conversion Cycle):

  • Assist the FP&A team in preparing AOP and quarterly forecasts for cash flows.
  • Support working capital analysis related to copacker operations.
