Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook located in Garhmukteshwar. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include maintaining kitchen hygiene, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring food quality and presentation. The Cook will also contribute to menu development and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience in a similar cooking role is preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant culinary training is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
