Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management including intake, approval workflows, execution, and renewals.
- Experience in contract administration, deal desk operations within sales environments.
- Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and resolve discrepancies across stakeholders.
- Experience working with contract management systems, CRM platforms, and document repositories.
- Strong attention to detail in contract validation, documentation accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage approval workflows, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for contract documentation, reporting, and operational tracking.
