About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Content Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves writing, problem-solving, and simplifying complex ideas into clear, user-friendly content. You'll get hands-on experience in UX writing, product content, and content strategy, working closely with design and product teams.

Responsibilities-

• Support in writing and editing product content such as microcopy, notifications, help texts, and in-app communication,
• Assist in maintaining consistency of tone, style, and voice across platforms.
• Conduct research on user needs, language patterns, and competitor products to bring insights into content decisions.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to refine copy and improve user experience.
• Contribute to building and documenting content guidelines.

Requirements-

• A student or recent graduate with strong interest in writing, content design, or UX.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think from a user's perspective and write with empathy.
• Curiosity to learn about how content impacts product design and user experience.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or basic research methods.
