This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing about business, technology, and customer stories. You will work closely with the design team, marketing operations, and leadership to turn ideas into high-quality content.
Responsibilities
Write LinkedIn posts for the company and leadership
Draft blogs on Salesforce topics, cloud solutions, and industry insights
Create case studies, customer stories, and success narratives
Prepare content for PPTs, brochures, pitch decks, and GTM collateral
Research industry trends across Financial Services, Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing
Convert raw notes, transcripts, and discussions into structured content
Support email copywriting for campaigns and sequences
Write scripts for short videos and event recaps
Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
Work with designers to turn content into visual assets
