Enable admins to manage complex environments with clarity, confidence, and support safe AI adoption and robust governance for AI frontier firms.
Responsibilities:
- Work with an interaction designer to craft copy for a feature or flow.
- Conduct terminology exploration for new concepts.
- Develop copy treatments for user research studies or in-product experiments.
- Contribute your voice to design critiques of proposed features or scenarios.
- Draft new entries for our term list and review with the team.
- Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy&mdashwith Teams brand flair.
- Perform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate.
- Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements.
- Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage, and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in creating documentation for a technical audience.
- Experience writing end-user facing U
- X copy (applications, web, e-commerce, etc.).
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma.
- Portfolio of writing and content samples.
- North American English fluency.
Required Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to read some programming code.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Natural and inquisitive passion for modern technology.
