My client is into Leading Paints Division.
Job Summary:
The Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing content for
various digital platforms. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is
delivered on time, meets quality standards, and drives engagement and revenue.
The objective is to develop a clear content strategy for all the categories keeping in view the
yearly calendar mapping all key events and moments in conjunction with Category Managers
and agency partners. The role is responsible for creating compelling brand stories backed with
consumer insights and understanding across various touchpoints of the consumer buying
journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with content partners/agencies and category managers to ideate and
define the content goals.
End-to-end ownership of the creation and execution of multiple content pieces across
various touchpoints, ensuring key timelines are met in conjunction with the overall media
timelines.
Understanding Analytics to continuously improve performances of published assets
across channels and take corrective measures at regular intervals
Manage content on various digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and
optimization for search engines
Roll out a detailed plan and brief development in alignment with activation budgets with
local marketing and media experts
Develop and implement processes to improve content creation and distribution workflows
Ensure content meets brand standards and guidelines
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and digital
media
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in marketing with a focus on content marketing, consumer-led
activations, and Influencer/celeb Management
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Prior experience in handling content marketing channels for a consumer-facing brand
scaling the organization through content marketing initiatives.
Ability to brainstorm new-age content ideas, platforms, channels, and creative growth
strategies.
Solid know-how in content management, agency/partner management, and community
management.
