Job Description

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on a content strategy that educates and inspires audiences across the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversion and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth goals
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including design, product marketing, growth, and operations teams, to own campaigns end-to-end and ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone
  • Utilize AI and software to maximize efficiency for high-volume content efforts, such as blog posts and social media, while maintaining high-quality output for low-volume and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring a strong brand voice and tone
  • Support product marketing efforts by creating compelling content, such as Webinars, Demo Videos, Datasheets, ROI calculators, and integration guides, to enable sales and partners in driving growth and revenue
  • Develop and refine the tone and voice of Growfin to sustain and strengthen our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all content channels and formats
  • Obsess over meeting world-class quality standards for all content produced, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and drives desired business outcomes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through content marketing strategies
  • Proven flair for writing and storytelling, with the ability to think and write clearly with personality, while conveying complex information in an engaging and accessible way
  • Experience spearheading or leading significant content or brand-related projects, with a portfolio showcasing technical writing skills, such as API documentation and IT governance content
  • Basic SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization and keyword research, to ensure content is discoverable and resonates with our target audience
  • Ability to simplify complex product features into buyer-centric narratives, driving engagement and conversion through compelling storytelling
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholder groups to drive content marketing strategies and tactics
  • Experience working with AI and software to maximize efficiency and quality in content production, ensuring consistency and tone across all content channels
  • Able to deploy and utilize AI and software to streamline content production, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality in meeting business objectives and growth goals
