Roles and responsibilities:
Lead , Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
Should enable creation of engaging thought leadership content in multiple formats
appealing to buyer personas
Write, edit and engage with content first-hand, to ensure it is qualitative,accurate, and optimized for SEO.
Manage the content production process, including writing, editing, design, and multimedia integration.
Oversee and indulge in the creation, design, and production of high-quality content, including articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts to facilitate inbound leads for the sales funnel
Collaborate with the demand gen team to distribute content through various channels (social media, email campaigns, partnerships, etc.).
Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and grow the content's reach.
Establish and enforce content guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall product positioning, business goals and brand voice.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with freelance writers and content vendors.
Establish and maintain content governance standards to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
Reuirements:
Masters or Doctorate in Life Sciences/ Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology. Basic knowledge of data science/ artificial intelligence in life sciences will be a plus.
3+ years of experience in technical content writing, especially in the field of healthcare or related domains.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) will be a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate eectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
