We're building Poststack - India's social media operations platform for creators and agencies.

A calm, structured system where creators, teams, and brands can plan, schedule, and analyze their content - all in one place. We're still early - building the foundation, shaping the brand, and getting ready for launch. If you love creating, editing, and bringing ideas to life, you'll fit right in.

The Role

You'll work directly with me (the founder) on everything creative and marketing. Think visuals, reels, campaigns, and storytelling, helping shape how Poststack shows up online and connects with creators and agencies. You'll also help manage our content pipeline, brainstorm new campaigns, and bring structure to how we share what we're building. And if you're already a content creator yourself, even better. You'll be one of our first creative ambassadors and at the forefront of our product development cycle.

What You'll Work On The Complete Marketing Cycle such as:

• Designing and editing content reels, posts, banners, and decks
• Brainstorming and managing upcoming campaigns
• Collaborating with the founder and tech team for launch visuals
• Researching creators, trends, and stories that fit our voice
• Building your own creative voice while helping Poststack grow its own

What We're Looking For

• Editing experience is a must (video/photo - CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• A strong eye for visuals (Figma or Canva)
• Someone organized, proactive, and creative
• Interest in startups, social media, and storytelling
• Bonus: You've run your own creator page or helped someone grow one, you are EXACTLY whom we are looking for
