Content Manager
In-house incharge of the content marketing strategy, a Content Manager has a direct bearing on driving traffic - online and offline - that supports lead generation. Leads that convert to sales and culminate in happy customers. A Content Manager is a results-driven team player who is a storyteller, accomplished writer, and expert communicator.

What will your Top Responsibilities be

You will be responsible for executing and overseeing content strategy. You will be tasked with building a brand identity and online presence by creating and disseminating multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, growing an online community and tracking that community's growth, among other duties.


  • Utilizing your industry and organizational knowledge to develop ideas and content.
  • Creating, improving, and maintaining content towards achieving our business goals.
  • Sharing content to promote online brand awareness.
  • Monitoring web traffic and metrics for identifying best practices.
  • Performing research (as required) to develop and produce new web-based and print ready content.
  • Using SEO best practices for generating traffic to our website.
  • Creating email content for marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.
  • Functioning as our lead social networker, effectively managing our social media presence.
  • Drafting and editing brochures, conference materials, and press releases.
  • Utilizing graphics editing and media creation programs to develop prototypes and storyboards.
  • Developing interactive content with user-generated content for pages and posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
  • Consistently collaborating and brainstorming with team members for coming up withnew ideas and strategies.
  • Proofreading and editing blog posts before publication.
  • Researching every topic, writing structure, and audience group. Developing factors, such as theme, characterization, analysis, story line, photos and/or graphics etc. to create material.
  • Using basic editing and website software, including Google Drive, Grammarly, WordPress etc.
  • Developing high-quality content on a consistent basis.
  • Checking each web page carefully before making them LIVE.
  • Writing titles and content for meta keyword and description tags.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the written content style by checking facts, brevity, style, tone, grammar etc.
  • Ensuring all content is optimized for better user experience for all content channels, including online, social media, email, video and print.
Requirements:What YouWill Need to be a Content Manager
  • Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends both short- and long-term marketing initiatives.
  • Create content for the use of internal and external communications.
  • Managing internal projects by using in-house team and freelancers.
  • Demonstrable creative writing skills.
  • Expertise in content optimization and brand consistency.
  • An experience in working with internal style guides and standards.
  • The ability to collaborate as a team and also work independently.
  • The capability to identify and offer improvements to workflow, efficiency, and overall quality of content through development and editing and writing.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders like marketing, creative and sales teams to devise strategies that help to accomplish business objectives.

This position is in-person; Hyderabad
5 days a week
Working hours 10 am to 6.30 pm
