Blueberry Digital Labs is looking for a meticulous and creative Content Editor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and engagement across our web content, including success stories, design trends, and templates. You will play a pivotal part in refining articles, crafting compelling titles, and collaborating with a global team of writers and publishers to deliver content that truly resonates with our audience.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread content (approximately 200-1000 words) related to success stories, design trends, and templates, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Take full responsibility for editing complete articles or posts, which includes making necessary changes, deleting unnecessary content, or re-writing sentences to enhance clarity and impact.
- Develop and write creative and engaging titles that capture reader attention and optimize for web visibility.
- Provide optimum feedback and learning to new writers, actively mentoring them to quickly become proficient in our content standards and style.
- Ensure that all web content consistently meets the needs and interests of our website visitors, driving engagement and value.
- Maintain constant interaction with In-house Publishers, International Writers, and Social Marketers to streamline workflows and content distribution.
- Contribute creatively by providing value-add suggestions to the Team Leader/Manager to continuously improve content quality and overall output.
What You Will Bring: Qualifications
Technical & Editorial Skills:
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of the special requirements for writing for the Web, including the effective use of keywords, hyperlinks, and navigation.
- A keen eye for detail, coupled with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of products.
- Familiarity with publishing software is an advantage.
- Experience in content management, blog writing, WordPress, and SEO is an advantage.
- A background in digital online publishing is highly desirable.

- Strong written communication skills and a solid command of the English language, including a very high standard of both spoken and excellent written English.

- Interest in Motivational, Inspiring, and Innovative content.
- Exposure to social media is a secondary skill that will be beneficial.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication / English.
- Any Graduate with rich experience in content editing.
