*Job Description: Content & Digital Marketing Specialist*
*About the Role*
We are seeking a *highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Content & Digital Marketing Specialist* to take full ownership of our brand's presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will not just copy competitor strategies but *create unique, impactful campaigns* that build strong brand value and connect with our target audience.
You will be responsible for *Meta & Google Ads strategy, content creation, and complete social media management* from ideation to execution while collaborating with designers and video editors to deliver high-quality campaigns. This role requires a *visionary, trend-savvy, and practical marketer* who can think beyond today and prepare for the future of digital marketing.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Digital Strategy & Ads*
* Develop, plan, and execute *Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns* with clear ROI goals.
* Create *unique ad copy & creatives* that stand out (not copy-paste competitor content).
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance.
*Content Creation & Social Media*
* Take full ownership of *all company social media platforms*:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Quora, Threads.
* Generate fresh ideas, write engaging content, create ad copy, and oversee posting schedules.
* Work closely with graphic designers, video production, and editing teams to produce *professional content*.
* Ensure *daily content activity* across platforms from planning to publishing.
*Brand Building & Market Positioning*
* Develop *unique marketing plans* that uplift brand value and audience perception.
* Ensure consistency of brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
* Stay updated with *latest trends, shifts, and innovations* in digital marketing & advertising.
* *Collaboration & Leadership*
* Collaborate with internal teams (designers, video editors, SEO team, management).
* Brainstorm creative campaigns with leadership and execute them independently.
* Be a *team player, visionary, and adaptable professional*, ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in *Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management*.
* Strong skills in *content marketing & copywriting* (for ads, social media, brand stories).
* Hands-on experience in managing *multiple social media platforms* for a brand.
* Excellent understanding of *digital marketing trends, consumer psychology, and media shifts*.
* Ability to create *strategic marketing plans with creativity + logic*.
* Collaborative mindset can guide and inspire designers, video editors, and other team members.
* Strong project management, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.
*Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)*
* Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Video editing tools.
* Familiarity with *email marketing, WhatsApp Marketing & automation platforms* (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
* Experience in *B2B and Agritech sectors* is a plus.
