What You Will Do

•     Short-form video and reels: script, shoot, and edit reels for Instagram and LinkedIn, from founder moments to client wins to behind-the-scenes at the office.

•     LinkedIn content: draft posts for PGC's company page and leadership voices, working inside our established content engine and brand voice guidelines.

•     Newsletter support: research and draft sections of The Pinnacle Brief, our newsletter on eCommerce, Amazon, and AI in marketing.

•     AI-assisted creation: use tools like Claude and AI video workflows daily. We will teach you how professionals use AI to multiply output without losing the human voice.

•     Content calendars: help plan and maintain weekly calendars across Instagram and LinkedIn, and track what performs so the next week is smarter than the last.

•     Client and brand content: contribute to content for the brands we manage, including product storytelling, campaign creatives, and marketplace listings.

Who We Are Looking For

•     Autonomous content creation is the core skill. You can take a topic and deliver a finished piece end to end: idea, script, shoot, edit, caption, post. No hand-holding, no waiting for briefs. We give direction, you come back with content.

•     A maker, not just an ideator. You have posted things on the internet. A meme page, a YouTube channel, college fest reels, a blog. Anything. We want proof you ship.

•     Strong writing instinct. You can write a hook, keep a sentence tight, and know when something sounds fake.

•     Basic editing skills. CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar. You do not need to be a pro. You need to be fast and willing to learn.

•     Camera comfort is a plus. If you can be on camera or direct someone who is, tell us.

•     Curiosity about AI and eCommerce. You do not need experience in either. You need genuine interest, because this is what we talk about all day.

•     Students and recent graduates welcome. Any stream. Portfolio beats degree here, every time.
