Role Overview:

We're looking for a Content Analyst who can turn data into storytelling insights. You'll analyse content performance, viewer engagement, and creator impact to help shape content strategy, programming, and monetisation decisions for the Master's app.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and analyse content performance across live sessions, short videos, and campaigns.

Build dashboards and reports highlighting engagement metrics (views, watch time, retention, conversion).

Identify high-performing content formats, creators, and topics to optimise programming.

Collaborate with the Content, Growth, and Product teams to align strategy with user insights.

Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats to improve reach & retention.

Evaluate creator performance data and recommend strategies for content improvement.

Translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations for the creative and leadership teams.

Requirements:

24 years of experience in content analytics, media insights, or product data analysis.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualisation tools (Tableau/Looker/Data Studio).

Understanding of content engagement metrics and digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, or OTT).

Comfort working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.

Passion for storytelling, creators, and digital entertainment ecosystems.
