Job Description

  • Cultivating strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for the mandates
  • Proactively identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative solutions to customers.
  • Developing market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
  • Providing strategic solutions based on the analysis of the clients business services.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to close sales and maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and timely conflict resolution.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets for the sales department.
  • Participating in team meetings to align strategies and goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Consultant in S&M Technology should have:

  • 2-5 years of Sales, Business Development and Client Management experience
  • Tier 1/ Tier 2 MBA's only
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions to meet client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in a sales role within the business services industry.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
