Consultant - SAP (SuccessFactors)- LMS Job

We are looking forward to hireSAP (SuccessFactors)- LMS Professionals in the following areas :

• SuccessFactor Learning Management with Certification
• At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors LMS.
• SuccessFactors Learning Management (SF-LMS) professional with good data migration & reporting knowledge. Exposure to PRD tools is advantage
• Translate business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors LMS Solution in compliance with Best Practices.
• Migration of Learning Management data (Content & User History). This responsibility includes interacting with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements on marking critical data elements, suggesting data quality rules, identifying business glossary, and providing recommendations to the client.
• Understanding of System Refresh and Config migration.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases/Test Plans/Test scripts and support UAT.
• Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare, and documentation for Knowledge Transition.
  Experience in VLMS skills
• Good experience in interacting with the customer and managing the project independently
• Good Communication skills
• Preferred to have knowledge in EC

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors LMS.
• Experience with Data migration, Data Reporting & Validation.
• Integration experience with other SuccessFactors Modules.
• Integration experience with SAP EC & other modules.
• Experience with LMS Reports migration.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
