Growing deposits has been identified as a key priority in NAB's Strategy
This role drives continuous improvement in NAB's Consumer Deposit portfolio by:
- Supporting processes to monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to be improve customer, Risk and Compliance outcomes
- Supporting strong Risk culture within the team, by ensuring GRACE is maintained effectively, key milestone dates are met.
- Supporting PACE adoption and accreditation within the team
- Supporting the closure of events including to help investigate root cause, customer impacts; develop analysis and help to progress remediation activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Consumer Deposit team members to safely implement initiatives and remediate events in the Consumer Deposit portfolio
- Support PACE accreditation within the Consumer Deposits team
- Identify opportunities to uplift the performance of the portfolio from a Customer, Risk and Compliance perspective
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements ; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalating events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Previous experience within financial services and strategy and/or risk
- Track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Ideally brings an understanding of Consumer Deposit products, systems and processes
