Job Description:-
Identifying capacity building requirements - skill assessment & development & design and development of training modules.
Training / Learning & Development.
Analysing best practices adopted by other leading PSUS and any other specific assignment as may be spelt out.
Manpower planning and recruitment, performance management system, succession planning, employee management, training & development, HR ERP module, statutory compliance.
Implementation of HR Rules as per Central PSEs, DOPT / DPE guidelines.
