Role: SAP Consultant
Total years of experience: 8 Years
Relevant experience for engagement: 8 Years
Relevant skillset: SAP Technical design, implement and deploy SAP Solution Manager required functionality to achieve defined business goals.
Maintain skills in SAP Solution Manager process design, setup and deployment
Design, implement and test ALM functionalities of SAP Solution Manager like ChaRM, ITSM, E2E monitoring and etc.
Responsible for overall SAP Solution Manager strategy roadmap and implementation timelines
Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP Solution Manager landscapes including integration to third party tools like ARIS, HP ALM
Provides ongoing remote Basis/HANA support with direct virtual client interaction daily. HANA experience is required for this role due to heavy support of HANA support activities along with exposure to Public and Private cloud solutions
Must have hands on experience with SAP HANA (Installations, troubleshooting, upgrades and migrations)
Perform HANA Migration using DMO tool and Unicode conversion, HANA HA/DR setup with Suse Extention automatic failover.
Good knowledge of GCP, AWS and Azure public cloud offerings and architecting
Ability to be highly mobile is required.

Deep knowledge of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions
Deep knowledge of SAP as a Service architecture
Migration experience and knowledge of applications and data between data centres and cloud hosting solutions
Good understanding of ERP Data in terms of legal requirements, retention policies and longer term archiving options
Good understanding of data centre operations
Ability to develop compelling cost models and use cases

To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
