Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Mumbai. The Construction Project Manager will lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, budget management, coordination with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, on-site supervision, adherence to safety standards, and troubleshooting project challenges. The role requires efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Site Supervision & Management
• Proven ability in Project Coordination and Construction Management
• Experience with Budgeting and financial control processes related to construction projects
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction project management software is advantageous
• Experience in managing construction projects in the sectors of healthcare, hospitality, institutional projects is a plus
• Familiarity with on-site safety regulations and quality standards
