Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project specifications and requirements
- Manage sub-contractors and product installers daily activities on-site according to the agreed installation program with the main contractor
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines with the factory manager to ensure timely product availability
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities to comply with regulations
- Assess and allocate required resources including manpower, equipment, and materials within budget constraints
- Plan construction operations and schedule project phases to meet deadlines effectively
- Hire contractors and staff, assigning responsibilities to optimize team performance
- Supervise laborers and mechanics, providing guidance to maintain quality and productivity
- Evaluate project progress regularly and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders
- Enforce compliance with health and safety standards and promptly report any issues
Required competencies and certifications
- WSH Co-ordinator Certificate
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Five years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with façade works
- Experience managing construction budgets and schedules
- Proven leadership in managing construction crews
- Demonstrated risk management skills in construction projects
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and develop installation programs for main contractors
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
