Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure in-time, in budget, and in-quality project execution for his function
Communicates cross functional and provides all relevant information to the project core team, especially to the Project Manager and Project Supply Chain Manager, the Engineering Manager, and the Project Scheduler
Specialist contact with responsibility for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team
Central project-related point of contact for the construction phase
Contact person for optimizing and coordinating all matters relating to construction work package in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager
Monitors compliance of contractors with the HSE plan, and escalates to the Project Manager in the event of significant non-conformity; sets out the arrangements for HSE and ensures that all requisite measures are implemented for site operation;
Is responsible for the full and proper preparation of the construction work package;
Responsibility for compliance with all legal and customer requirements in the planning and execution phase of a project with focus on safe construction site operation, considering also all relevant environmental aspects
YOU KNOW
Leadership to coordinate, manage and controls all construction activities.
At least 3/5 years of professional experience in Site Management s activity in the construction of steel processing plants;
Knowledge in Site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants
Very good written and spoken English
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
Willingness to travel worldwide
Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Open-mindedness towards new approaches and innovations
