Construction Manager / Pharma / West / Attractive Remuneration

My client is looking out for a competent Construction Manager with experience in handling Pharma/Life Sciences Projects. The details as following:

Roles & Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Oversee overall site management, installation, execution scheduling, and milestone tracking for Singapore-based projects.
• Regulatory & Permits: Take full ownership of Singapore authority permits and inspections (e.g., Building Plan approvals, TOP) and interface directly with regulatory officers.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise closely with professional engineers (RE/RTO, RI), clients, main contractors, and material suppliers to resolve site issues swiftly.
• Safety & Subcontractors: Define and enforce site safety procedures while managing subcontractor performance and project status meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Building or Construction Management.

Minimum 8 years of construction management experience in the building field or pharmaceutical industry.

Deep knowledge of local Singapore construction standards, authority codes, and procurement workflows.

Flexibility to work overtime or weekends depending on site progress needs.
