Job Summary

Lead and manage underground civil construction projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion in collaboration with engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor construction activities and progress to meet project schedules and quality standards
• Develop detailed schedules aligned with master and work programmes to ensure timely project delivery
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers on temporary works and coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency and safety compliance
• Conduct site inspections to uphold quality standards and promptly address technical challenges

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board
• Registered Engineer (RE) Certificate or RTO with Valid Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in underground civil works (tunnelling)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of own vehicle (preferred for site mobility and coordination)
