Mix N Fix is expanding fast, and we're looking for ahigh-impact Area Sales Managerwho knows the construction-chemical market and can drive growth across the NCR region.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible fordriving sales, building distributor & contractor networks, and expanding our construction chemical footprintin the region. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, field execution, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, contractors, distributors & key project opportunities.
  • Grow existing accounts and drive upselling & cross-selling.

Customer & Channel Management

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, applicators, distributors & end-users.
  • Conduct product demos, on-site trainings, and provide technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market shifts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Product & Technical Expertise

  • Develop deep knowledge of Mix N Fix products: adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, admixtures, etc.
  • Support the technical team with demos and application guidance.
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate inCivil Engineering / Chemistry / Business(preferred).
  • Proven sales experience inconstruction chemicals(mandatory).
  • Strong understanding oftile adhesives, waterproofing, grouts, admixtures, RMP, epoxy, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively within NCR.
