Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Lead Planning with deep expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response to oversee and manage the Supply chain planning processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP planning system, particularly Kinaxis, and will be responsible for driving system enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to optimize Demand and Supply planning processes. You will contribute to a multi-year program to design and implement standardized, best-in-class global solutions for supply chain planning. This person is also responsible for supporting the cloning of Supply chain TSA applications for Vantive. This role will work with the 3rd Party system integrator to layout the timing and implementation of all cloned applications in this area. This partnership will enable the Supply chain planning function to achieve its goals, drive the greatest leverage of our technical investments, enable innovation, and maintain Vantive's leadership position in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

• The Consultant IT tech Lead Planning will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of Kinaxis Rapid Response Demand and supply modules. This role is critical in optimizing supply chain operations, improving efficiencies therein, and ensuring planning system alignment with business goals.

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Kinaxis tool and will be responsible for driving system enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for supply chain processes supported by the Kinaxis Rapid Response system at Vantive.

• Accountable for the delivery of features as prioritized by the functional lead with constant advisement on value versus effort and fit to the roadmap.

• Accountable and responsible for prototypes, process flow diagrams, use case documents, story maps, and mockups to help visualize and describe the feature of the Kinaxis tool.

• Work with the Enterprise architecture team to define technical solutions and ensure it is in line with functional requirements and the defined global supply chain process flows.

• Responsible to work with in-house application teams and third-party service providers to build knowledge and for resolving incidents

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

• Keep up with the emerging technologies and develop new technical skills as needed by applications

• Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions. Deliver presentations, facilitate, and address issues at all levels of management.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.

• 5 + years of experience in Information Systems, experience in ERP supply chain planning systems and software development methodologies preferably with experience in Supply chain areas of IT.

• 3+ years of technical configuration experience in project implementation related to Software as Service (SaaS) applications preferably KINAXIS Rapid Response

• Strong understanding of Supply chain planning operations and processes and how technology can be leveraged. Extensive hands-on experience in implementing solutions including Forecasting, Distribution requirement planning, MRP, Production and Inventory planning.

• Experience with ITSM process, experience with Service Now or Jira is preferred.

• Strong understanding of integrating supply chain applications with other systems

• Ability to work with cross-functional matrixed teams to deliver on a common goal.

• Interpersonal skills and development of relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and customers.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, data science and technical stakeholders

• Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle

• Foundational project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.

• Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and completion.

• Effective communication skills – written and verbal

• Must be process oriented and able to define and implement new processes and standards.

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and ability to make tough decisions.

• Experience in driving multicultural virtual teams across various time zones
