Role Proficiency
Under the guidance of senior leadership, the Configuration Lead will support and lead
client product implementations, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and compliant
delivery. The individual will mentor the configuration team, ensure process adherence,
and act as a bridge between technical and business teams to deliver successful client
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of healthcare
administration products.
Drive product implementation plans ensuring delivery within
defined timelines, budgets, and SLAs.
Guide and mentor Configuration Analysts and Engineers, ensuring adherence
to best practices.
Design and configure Core Admin systems for Claims and Clinical
Operations.
Plan and run Agile configuration sprints, including backlog grooming, sprint
planning, and demos.
Conduct configuration reviews to ensure compliance with standards and
design principles.
Manage promotion of configuration through all environments; maintain
the gold environment with timely backups.
Coordinate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams for smooth
execution across functions.
Provide regular status updates, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Participate in client demos, representing configuration deliverables and
resolving implementation issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product
functionality and user adoption.

100% on-time and high-quality implementation per client requirements.
Strong client satisfaction and minimal grievances or escalations.
Adherence to configuration standards, coding best practices, and
documentation quality.
Achievement of personal and team OKRs (Objectives & Key Results).
Successful utilization of implemented product features by end users.
Mandatory Skills
58 years of experience in Healthcare Product
Implementation or Configuration Leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Healthcare domain preferably US Healthcare / Payor
systems.
Hands-on expertise in configuration, product setup, and deployment within
healthcare products.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience running configuration
sprints.
Experience working with HealthRules Payor or any platform-based healthcare
product (highly preferred).
Deep understanding of Claims processing, Member/Provider data,
and Clinical Operations.
Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration
promotion processes.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud).
Experience with Quality Automation, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes),
and build/deploy tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Healthcare integrations, EDI transactions, and workflow
automation.
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management
tools.
Proven experience in client-facing consulting or implementation
delivery roles.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to mentor and inspire high-performing configuration teams.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a relevant technical field.
Certifications in Healthcare Administration Systems or Agile/DevOps are an
added advantage.
