We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular condition monitoring of equipment and machinery.
- Analyze data from monitoring systems to identify potential issues or failures.
- Perform vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis to assess equipment health.
- Maintain accurate records of condition monitoring activities and findings.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to develop action plans based on monitoring results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of predictive maintenance programs.
- Report on equipment performance and suggest improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.
- Proficiency in vibration analysis techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with thermography and oil analysis methods.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications in condition monitoring (e.g., ISO 18436, CAT II or CAT III) are a plus.
