Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Conventional Lathe Operator- Miller & Turner to join our precision manufacturing team in Germany. This position involves the independent operation of conventional lathes to manufacture high-quality, complex parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual machining and a strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances. Key Responsibilities:

Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components

Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances

Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts

Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process

Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area

Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements

Candidate Profile:

Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency

Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar)

Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines

Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision

Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools

Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential

Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic
